LIFE LATELY.

first of all i want to share with you a recipe which i tried last weekend and it turned out very well! peter liked the meal so much that he was flattering me for it all day... :)

HONEY-SESAME CHICKEN
chop the chicken breast filet (0,5 kg) to small cubes, put it into a bowl and marinate it with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 4 cloves of grated garlic, chilli pepper and vegetable oil. put it into the fridge for 2 hours.
flog 2 egg whites, add 4 tablespoons of smooth flour, 1 teaspoon of conditioner dough, some salt and as much water as you need to get a dense but smooth paste.
then dip the chicken meat in this paste and carefully put them into hot oil. fry them slowly, for a long time.
after the meat is ready, put it into this sauce: 3 tablespoons of honey + 3 tablespoons of ketchup + 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
as a side dish i recommend steamed vegetables and roasted rice.

we had guests on sunday: are dear friends anička and ivan visited us, and we recieved a beautiful wedding gift from them and from veronika and števo. than you so much! :)
